It fosters complete muscle activation. WBV training burns fat, reduces inflammation, and increases muscle and bone density in as little as 15 minutes a day.
Couples Training
For those of you in relationships, this program will serve as a intimacy-builder. Not presently attached? Getting fit quick can serve to remedy that. Got someone in your sights? Invite them to share this workout with you for a few weeks to see if any sparks fly. This workout calls for you and your sweetheart to train with the iron together, allowing you to share in the work, not just the rewards.
By training together, which is not always common, couples get to spend a little extra time together. Since one person is usually more into working out than the other, this also allows the less enthusiastic person to share in something that’s very important to the other. Worst-case scenario is that both parties end up getting fitter and leaner. Best case is that they become permanent workout partners.

Bootcamp
Boot camp workouts can vary but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. One boot camp workout might stress calisthenics while another stresses military-style drills.
In most cases, you can expect to do calisthenics, such as pullups, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. In essence, a boot camp workout is a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

PRIVATE TRAINING
A personal relationship between you and a trainer allows for a completely customized cardio/strength training program while also providing personalized motivation.
PARTNER TRAINING
This option allows you to work out with a friend or family member, sharing in the expense and benefits of working with a certified fitness professional.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training provides you and a few of your friends complete, cost-effective cardio/strength training workouts while still reaping the same benefits of working one-on-one with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. Working with a trainer and other participants helps increase accountability.
